Our Expert Team
Mr. Vikas Joshi – Founder and Director (B.Com, FCCA, FTA, FFA, MBA)
Vikas is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional who has been serving both corporate and personal clients for the past 15 years in London. After completing his Masters with a distinction, he qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2008 and became a Fellow in 2012. In addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, he is also a Fellow of the Federation of Tax Advisors in the UK.
Vikas has a passion for helping small business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well-being. With a strong accounting and tax background, Vikas provides his clients with expert advice, professionalism, responsiveness and peace of mind. His experience ranges from IT contractors, health professionals, Hospitality and tourism industry, property investment and development, individual landlords, new start-ups, ecommerce and retail sectors. He is proficient in all kind of cloud accounting software’s like Xero, QuickBooks, Free Agent etc. He has three children and lives with his family in London. In his free time he likes to meditate and play cricket.
Mr. Abhishek Rohilla – Director (Operations) (B.Com(Hons.), ACA(ICAEW)
He is a qualified accountant from ICAEW having more than 13 years of experience in UK accounting and taxation. He has done his training in London during his studies for more than 2.5 years where he was an integral part of the compliance department dealing in Company secretarial work, Bookkeeping, VAT returns, Management accounts, Accounts Finalization and Corporation tax returns.
Before joining XL Outsourcing, he has worked with all the top-notch companies in India dealing in UK Accounts and Tax outsourcing on senior positions. He is currently the Operations Director of XL Outsourcing.
Shiva Rathor – Manager
He has done Masters in Commerce (M. Com) and currently pursuing ACCA. He has more than 5 years of experience in UK accounting and currently leading a team of 10 employees. He is proficient with almost all the Bookkeeping, Accounts Production and Personal Tax software’s used by accounting firms in UK. Also, he has strong expertise in Portfolio accounts.
Anuj Kumar – Team Leader
He has done Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com) and about to finish (M.Com). He has more than 3 years of experience in UK accounting and currently leading a team of 5 employees. He is proficient with software’s such as Sage, VT transaction, VT Final, XERO, QuickBooks, IRIS, TaxCalc, TaxFiler, Capium, Keytime, Clear books, ReceiptBank, ZOHO, Hubdoc.
